- We provide delivery services to major cities and sub-cities in Bangladesh. However, delivery services may be limited in some remote areas or special locations.
- For areas outside our standard coverage, we will inform you about alternative delivery arrangements or additional charges.
- Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh; international delivery services are not available.
Delivery Timeline
- Within Dhaka: Delivery is typically completed within 1-2 working days after order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery takes 2-4 working days, depending on the location.
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, natural disasters, or unavoidable circumstances.
- For certain products or special campaigns, delivery times may be extended.

- Dhaka Sub-Area: Only 99 BDT (Time: 2-3 days)
- Outside Dhaka (Sundarban Courier - District Level): Only 119 BDT (Time: 2-3 days)
- Outside Dhaka (Sundarban Courier - Upazila Level): Only 129 BDT (Time: 2-3 days)
- Outside Dhaka (Steadfast Courier - Home Delivery): Only 119 BDT (Time: 2-3 days)
- Nationwide (SA Paribahan - Minimum Charge): Only 199 BDT (Time: 1-2 days)
- Full Payment in Advance: Only 109 BDT (Time: 2-3 days)

In some cases, free shipping may be available through special offers or campaigns.
Delivery charges do not need to be paid in advance during order placement, but the authority reserves the right to request advance payment. The remaining amount must be paid upon receipt of the product.
Cash on Delivery and Payment Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Dhaka and in specific areas.
- Cash on Delivery is applicable for orders up to 4000 BDT. For higher amounts, advance payment is required.
- Ensure the exact amount is ready during delivery, as our delivery personnel may not have change.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. However, advance payment may be required in certain cases.
- Delivery charges must be paid in advance.
Order Processing and Tracking
- After order confirmation, processing begins, and you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
- Orders will be confirmed via direct phone call. Orders will not be confirmed without a phone call.
- A tracking number will be provided once packaging and shipping are completed.
- Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Acceptance Terms
- Home Delivery (Pathao, E-Courier, Steadfast, RedX, Paperfly): You can check the product before receiving it.
- Collection from Courier Office (Sundarban, SA, Janani, Korotoa, AJR): Payment must be made before collecting the product.
- If the product is defective or damaged, contact our customer care within 24 hours.
- We do not have our own delivery personnel. We use third-party services, so delivery typically takes 2 to 4 days.
- Keep your mobile phone active and receive the product when the delivery person calls.
- As we use third-party services, thoroughly check the product upon receipt.
- Returning or exchanging the product after the delivery person leaves can be difficult.
Order Return and Exchange Policy
- If you wish to cancel an order during the delivery process, it can be done as per specific rules.
- Delivery charges must be paid for any returns or exchanges.
- If a defect is found after opening the parcel, we will replace or refund it for free, provided the product is returned to us.
- If the product is returned due to personal preference or without reason, the delivery charge must be paid.
Delivery Issues and Solutions
- If delivery is delayed or the product is lost, our customer support team will resolve the issue.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural disasters or courier issues).
- If an order is lost due to courier issues, a full refund or a new product will be provided.
